KIHON   Kizami tzuki – gyaku tzuki – uraken (on the spot), sanbon ren tzuki (F)*
  Age uke – kizami yoko/uraken (backwards), gyaku tzuki (B)*
  Soto uke (backwards) – rotating/empi-uraken(KD) , oi tzuki (F)
  Uchi uke – gyaku tzuki – mawashi ashi – gyaku tzuki (B)
  Gedan uke (on the spot) – mae geri  (F) – kizami tzuki (F)
  Shuto ukenagashi uke (KKD) (on the spot) – nukite (ZKD) (B)

   The jury can take other stances that believe convenient

  Free Kumite (attack-defense)
 
JUTSU   15 seated, 15 standing techniques and 5 weapons techniques
 
KATA
 SENTEI Kata and Bunkai (explanation and/or application) By secret ballot (Bassai Dai/Jion/Empi/kanku Dai)
 Heian 1-2-3-4-5 and Tekki 1 – Obligatory
 Knowledge of other Katas – acceptable

Physical Conditioning: 3 sets of 20 pushups • 4 sets of 50 sit-ups • 3 sets of 30 burpees 

Light sparring: 3 rounds of 3 minutes 

Competition: The evaluation will be performed in a competition setting in which student’s performance will be evaluated by an instructor.
