Hassle-Free Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for used or washed/worn merchandise, and screen printed or embroidered merchandise. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by the manufacturer (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your order’s invoice date.

For orders to home locations that are returned to Silvera Karate because of refusal or undeliverability, your account will be charged the original shipping charges.

Please review our policies for the following return scenarios:

Your product is defective.

  • All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available).
  • All defective products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a replacement or refund.

How to make a return:

  • To return a package, include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip that was sent with the order. If the invoice/packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information (including name, address, phone number, email, order date, and customer number with item numbers and quantity).
  • Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and the package is insured and prepaid. Silvera Karate will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your request.
