Our Kids Program is a fantastic introduction to Karate-do Jitsu for children ages 6 to 10. It features Shotokan Karate enriched with elements of judo and jiu-jitsu

Karate for Adults

Judo Jiu Jitsu

Shokan Karate-do
- Kata: training enhances technique mastery, discipline, coordination, and mental focus. It improves flexibility, self-defense skills, and physical conditioning while offering cultural insights and stress relief.
- Kumite: Involves controlled sparring where competitors apply techniques with precision and timing. It tests reflexes, distance control, and sportsmanship, offering a platform to showcase skills and compete.
