We are looking for a passionate and experienced karate instructor to join our growing martial arts academy. If you love teaching, have a strong martial arts background, and want to make a positive impact on students of all ages, we want to hear from you!

📌 Job Details:

• Position: Karate Instructor
• Location: Plymouth, MI & surrounding areas
• Schedule: Part-time (Evenings & Weekends)
• Compensation: Based on experience

✅ Responsibilities:

• Teach structured karate classes for kids and adults
• Develop lesson plans that align with our academy’s philosophy
• Provide hands-on instruction in technique, kata, and self-defense
• Promote discipline, respect, and confidence among students
• Assist with belt tests, seminars, and special events
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

⚡ Requirements:

• Black Belt (Minimum 2nd Dan preferred) in Karate (Shotokan or other recognized styles)
• Prior teaching experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for martial arts and student development
• Must pass a background check (for working with children)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
